My family have gone to Plano Dental for many years. We are so impressed with Dr Wayne Ku and his staff. He is gentle and has a great comfortable manner in explaining the procedure you need or problem you have. He keeps up with the latest dental practices. We never dread going to see our dentist!!!

I am so Happy I found them after all the experiences I have been through the whole staff from the front desk to the Dr. everyone made me feel very taken care of and did tests I never knew were used to help better understand my mouth. The dental assistants are wonderful they know how to get everything with out hurting you and communicating the whole way through checking to make sure your comfortable. They are fast and efficient not to mention honest! I had a practice before them that tried to say I needed 9 fillings turns out I didn’t need that just a deep cleaning and management of deep pockets. They will not rip you off and will only charge you for necessary maintenance and will work around your insurance dates to make sure you get what you need in the right amount of time making sure you use all your benefits and not losing those opportunities to keep your teeth up so deep cleaning doesn’t become a norm and spend more money or time in the dentist they truly believe in preventative care for your teeth.

I have been going to Plano Dental Excellence for sometime now. They take care with me and take all measures to minimize and/or alleviate any pain. From Sedation to numbing rinse. I highly recommend the Plano Dental Excellence Team!

They are very responsible and even would call you in the evening to ask the results of the surgery and any questions

Dr. Ku is amazing! He’s very professional and genuinely cares about his patients. I’ve had several treatments done with him and I’ve been happy with all of them. He’s kind, patient, and really makes sure you’re comfortable. The whole team is also super friendly and professional.

I started coming to Plano Dental Excellence couple of months ago. I just wished I could make the switch a lot earlier. Dr. Ku is not only very knowledgeable but also very compassionate and honest. Both Kortni and Emily are phenomenal. They took such a good care of me and also made me feel like I’m part of the family. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent experience every time I visit. Dr. Ku is very professional, knowledgeable, and makes sure I’m comfortable during every procedure. The staff is also friendly and the clinic is very clean and organized. What I really appreciate is that he always checks on me at the end of the day whenever I have a procedure, just to make sure I’m doing fine. That level of care truly means a lot. Highly recommend!
